| Returns |
You can only cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods by you. You must then return the goods to us within 14 days at your expense in an undamaged, unused and unopened condition. We will refund the cost of your order subject to deduction of our delivery charge. Your statutory rights are not altered.
Damaged or defective items will be replaced, failing which a full refund will be made. All prices are displayed in Pounds GB and are inclusive of VAT. Any purchases or services from the web site are governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in the United Kingdom. |

| When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website. |

If you are not satisfied with any of the goods please return them in original condition for a refund within 14 days.
